✅ Returns Policy – United States (CareFirst Equipments)

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for unused items in original packaging with all accessories. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, and original shipping fees are non-refundable. If an item is defective or incorrect, CareFirst Equipments covers return shipping. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after inspection to the original payment method. All returns require prior approval.
